Digital Delivery
Ontario Permit & Compliance Snapshot reports, provided by 1000144294 ONTARIO INC, are digital products delivered immediately upon generation. Due to the nature of immediate digital delivery, our refund policy is as follows:
Non-Refundable After Delivery
If your report is successfully generated and delivered, it is non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are available in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same report
- Technical failure: If the report generation fails and no report is delivered
- System error: If a system error prevents you from accessing your delivered report and we cannot resolve the issue
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible scenario:
- Contact us within 14 days of your purchase
- Provide your payment receipt or order reference
- Describe the issue you experienced
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Dissatisfaction with report content (the report clearly states its limitations and is informational only)
- Permit denial by your municipality (the report does not guarantee permit approval)
- Information in the report that differs from what your municipality tells you (the report uses general Ontario context, not municipality-specific by-law retrieval)
- Failure to read the disclaimers and limitations before purchase
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.
